This formed-in-UK-but-consist-of-American-and-Australian band really stole the show. The Art of Getting By brought me to this song. I love how they perfectly emerged in my favorite scene of the movie.
Alex Clare - Too Close
How could I not realize this genius talented person? Alex Clare is indeed a brilliant musician. Not only he has a great raspy voice, but he also has a good taste in music. His debut album The Lateness of the Hour is an obvious thing of his brilliance. He succeed to mix dubstep, alternative, electronica, and soul. His first three singles from the album (Too Close, Treading Water, Up All Night) certainly cannot be missed. Too Close is his latest single which peaked at #9 on US Billboard Hot 100. That is surely a great achievement since British musicians have a hard time to shine in US. This song also appeared in Taken 2 which is one of my favorite movie. Anyway, please hit the play button!
